The pressures, decisions, leadership, blind spots, motives, and consequences are not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each entry appears as a document produced inside a fictional organization: a memo, a set of meeting minutes, a performance review, or an exit interview. Some are careful. Some are candid. Some are shortsighted, defensive, or unintentionally revealing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A single document may not tell the whole story.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A public announcement may project confidence. An internal memo may reveal uncertainty. Meeting minutes may expose disagreement. An exit interview may change the meaning of everything that came before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The archive is designed to be explored in any way you prefer, not merely read in order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some documents stand alone. Others connect across organizations, characters, and events, allowing larger narratives to emerge over time.
